Announcement bar not showing

If the announcement bar is not visible on your storefront, check the following items.
1. Confirm that the app block is installed
In Shopify Admin, go to:
Online Store → Themes → Customize
Make sure the “HBN announcement bar” app block has been added and is not hidden.
2. Check the correct theme
Confirm that you added the app block to the theme you are currently viewing.
Changes made to a draft theme will not appear on your live storefront until that theme is published.
3. Save your messages
Open HBN Announcement Bar and select “Manage messages.”
Confirm that your messages contain text, then save your changes.
4. Check country targeting
Country targeting is a Pro feature.
A targeted message is only displayed when the visitor’s country matches the country selected for that message. To display a message to everyone, select “All countries.”
5. Check whether the bar was dismissed
Pro stores can enable a dismiss button.
If you previously dismissed the announcement bar, it remains hidden in that browser for the configured dismiss duration.
Try opening the storefront in a private or incognito browser window.
6. Save and refresh
Save both the HBN Announcement Bar settings and the Shopify Theme Editor.
Then refresh the storefront. You can also try a private browser window to rule out cached browser state.
